WHO WE ARE

We are a video production and post-production company based in Rome
made by professionals with more than a decade of experience in TV.
Our name is “Why” because we believe that knowing the reason, the “why”, that pushes an idea,
a brand, a product, is the key for creating an authentic content.
We put together our years of experience, different minds and skills, with the goal to be at the top level of the industry and give our clients the best it can offer, telling their stories in the most creative and remarkable way possible.

Marco Rizzari

Born in Rome in 1986, I’ve studied film direction in London. The last day of school my teacher said to me: “If you want to direct an orchestra, first learn to play an instrument”. So I started a career as video editor for television, signing TV shows and documentaries for the major Italian networks. Now, after 13 years, I’m finally putting the “instrument” aside and trying to direct an orchestra with my two fellows.

FRANCESCA GIORGETTI

Born (in '86) and raised in Prato, living in Rome, I have a Master degree in TV writing obtained in Milan. I work as author in some programs you may have seen on television. Obsessed since forever with seriality and writing, I look for ideas and often I find them. Otherwise I harass my colleagues to find them together.

JOVICA NONKOVIC

Born in Knin in 1970, I graduated from the School of Cinema and TV Production in Belgrade, where I lived until I moved to Rome when I was 32. I'm a documentary and tv director and the set is my natural environment. My favorite thing in the world is to create cohesive work teams with whom, possibly, I can go have a drink together at the end of the day.
